image Most of the TRUST consortium partners were also partners of either or both MUSTANG and PANACEA projects, funded by the EU. Although we initially planned to establish an advisory board representing scientific, industrial and regulatory institutions, as was done in MUSTANG and PANACEA, we finally opted for a more open structure to enhance our outreach efforts. For this reason, we invited different people at each meeting to bring us a new perspective on CCS or from other fields. This approach enables the partners to learn different aspects directly related to TRUST and beyond. They bring in knowledge, expertise, data and information on CCS as well as on other aspects, like radioactive waste or energy issues in general. So far, we are grateful to Derek Taylor (GeoEnergy Research Centre, Nottingham, UK), Saida Laârouchi Engström (SKB, Sweden), Sirin Engen (Bellona, Norway), Axel Liebscher (Helmholtz Centre Potsdam GFZ, Germany), Barry Freifeld (Class VI Solutions, Oakland, USA), who shared their knowledge and actively contributed to the consortium discussions.
